Le Mariotte et le Pralat

Le Moulin des Rathes brings together two beautiful gîtes on the same property to accommodate 9 people in an exceptional setting on a 6-hectare property bordered by a river.

If you're looking for peace and quiet and nature, you'll be delighted with these single-storey accommodations.

In the 5-person "Mariotte" gîte, you'll find a 31 m2 living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge (flat-screen TV).
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms (one for 3 people with a 180x200cm bed and 1 single bed or 3 single 90x200cm beds, the other with a 160x200cm bed), each with its own shower room. 2 WCs, one of which is separate.

The "Pralat" gîte, which sleeps 4, comprises a 32 m2 living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge (flat-screen TV). Small bar area. A corridor leads to 1 separate toilet and two bedrooms (one for 2 people with a 180x200cm bed or 2 90x200cm beds, the other with two 80x200cm beds or 1 160x200cm bed), each with its own shower room and toilet.

Large private terraces with garden furniture

To top it all off, you have access to a 6.5x12 m swimming pool, heated from mid-May to mid-September and secured by a barrier.
Private laundry room shared by both gîtes.

Pont et Massène is a pretty Auxois village just a few minutes from the motorway exit. It is a lively village in high season, with the Lac de Pont, a bathing beach, children's play area, water sports centre, picnic tables and two restaurants. From the gîte, you can get there on foot in just a few minutes. A signposted footpath takes you on a 12 km walk around the lake.
Just 4 kilometres away, the medieval town of Semur has all the shops and services you need, and is a living testimony to its rich past. Nearby: the châteaux of Epoisses and Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of France's most beautiful villages. Footpaths and cycle paths.
