Biscuits Mistral has been established since 1974 in Semur-en-Auxois, in the heart of Burgundy. In this land of history and gastronomy, between the Morvan forest and vineyard Chatillonnaise coast, all the ingredients are there to perpetuate our knowledge and offer excellent quality biscuits.
