A l'Orée du Morvan

Not far from the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, and nestling at the gateway to the Morvan Nature Park, Montberthault is a peaceful little commune where life is good.

You'll be staying in a charming single-storey gîte for 4 people, ideal for families.

You have a pleasant living room, with a fully equipped kitchen on one side giving direct access to the garden, with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
On the other side is the bright living room (flat-screen TV). The sofa bed can sleep 2 extra people.
Washing machine available in the gîte.

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed, storage and small work area, the second with a good quality bunk bed. Shower room with WC.

If you're looking for peace and quiet and greenery, you're in for a treat! Garden, wooded park and stocked pond.
The swimming pool (4x8m), secured by a dome (unheated), is sure to provide plenty of family fun. It is shared and open from April to the end of October, from 9am to 8pm.
Table tennis and lots of games for young and old available in a Finnish Kota!
