At the Moulin des Rathes, you will stay in an exceptional setting on a 6 hectare property bordered by a river. The environment ? a pond, the forest, the river Armançon, paths, the mill where the owners live and two gîtes. Ideal place for fishermen and walkers.
If you are looking for peace and quiet and nature, you will be delighted to stay in this single-storey accommodation. The gîte is accessed by a footbridge, preceded by a few steps.
The 31 m2 living room has a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge (flat screen TV). The night area is composed of two bedrooms (one for 3 people with a 160x200cm bed and 1 single bed, the other with a 160x200cm bed), each with a private shower room. 2 toilets, one of which is independent.
You will enjoy your private terrace of 50 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue.
To top it all off, you will have at your disposal a swimming pool shared with the occupants of the second gîte (6.5x12m), heated from mid-May to mid-September and secured by a barrier.

Pont et Massène is a pretty village in the Auxois region, just a few minutes from the motorway exit. It is a lively village in season with the lake of Pont: a beach for swimming, a playground for children, a water sports centre, picnic tables and two restaurants. From the gîte, you can get there on foot in a few minutes. A signposted path allows you to walk around the lake for 12 km.
4 kilometres away, the medieval town of Semur offers all the shops and services and remains a living testimony to a rich past. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses and Bussy-Rabutin, the MuseoParc Alésia, the Abbey of Fontenay (Unesco heritage), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
