Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dining room, sitting room with wood-burning stove opening onto large terrace, utility room, toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms, the 1st with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 cot. Large shower room with walk-in shower, toilet. Electric heating. Enclosed private parking, courtyard and garden. 2 grassed terraces.
