We propose, and this from Wednesday, November 4:
- From Tuesday to Friday, at lunchtime, a daily take-away menu in the form of a meal tray, at 13€.
- Burger nights, always with our homemade burger buns, Tuesdays and Fridays. The chef prepares small novelties for you, including a vegetarian burger.
- A menu of starters, main courses and desserts for the other days.
Of course, the chef continues to cook fresh produce, and everything will be done here, by himself.
We are redeveloping our small room, to welcome you in the best conditions.

The restaurant des Minimes specializes in traditional Burgundy cuisine. Frédéric Allaire, Chef of the restaurant Les Minimes de Semur en Auxois, works with seasonal products and relies on many local producers. He likes to highlight the richness of a land he loves.
Here, everything is "home-made", without fuss but with know-how, from starters to desserts
The restaurant offers a daily menu for lunch during the week, presented on a slate, and different formulas with Burgundian specialities, offered at each service, which vary according to the seasons and the Chef's mood.
Emmanuelle and Frédéric ALLAIRE are the owners of the restaurant Les Minimes in Semur en Auxois. They work as a couple. They both grew up in this beautiful region and are in love with their city. If their respective career paths have taken them away from each other for a while, the return to their roots makes sense, as a matter of course. Lovers of history, of old stones, with a "taste for the real thing" and living with simplicity, they complement each other in a mutually demanding duo in their profession.
