In the heart of Soussey sur Brionne, a pretty little village in the Auxois, this house of 85 m² is completely renovated in an authentic way and south facing. It has two bedrooms with double bed 140*190 and is fully equipped for a small child. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom. Television, console and DVD player are installed in the living room and television in the bedrooms.

Many books and games are available. Internet access is via 4G, there is no Wifi.

A garden with garden furniture and barbecue will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

Housework possible on request (40€).

Local market on Fridays from 16h to 20h in Pouilly and on Fridays from 8h to 13h in Vitteaux.
