La Belle Epoque

At Chambre d'Hôtes La Belle Epoque you will find the charm and elegance of a bygone era!
The spacious double bedroom, private bathroom, and private lounge, with library and TV, are located on the ground floor of a large manor house in the centre of the historic village of Epoisses.
It was in this house that the production of the famous Epoisses Berthaut cheese began, which was very recently named the best cheese in the world!
The room overlooks the pretty courtyard where you can relax in fine weather, as well as enjoy your breakfast and evening meal, if desired.
You can also relax in the veranda next door or in the cosy lounge reserved for guests.
The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), washbasin and shower. The toilet is just off the corridor.
This is an ideal spot for hikers, cyclists and those who love history and, above all, cheese!
You can enjoy Epoisses Berthaut cheese, and delicious home-made recipes, at the table of your host, an English woman, who is a former cook living in France since 2008.
