This charming 3-star holiday cottage is set in large, enclosed grounds. The cottage is easily and quickly accessible by motorway, main road, bus or car pool. It is ideally designed for 4 people, with access via a staircase. Very functional and equipped with everything you need, it comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. Sleeps three.

In addition to its spacious garden, deckchairs and barbecue, its terrace with garden furniture will provide you with relaxation and views over the countryside.

In Précy-sous-Thil, in the Auxois region, you'll be staying in the Serein valley. This river, much loved by anglers, is just a 3-minute walk from the gîte. The location is ideal for walks around the surrounding lakes, rivers and ponds, where you can take a dip in the pristine waters. The more adventurous can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, tree climbing, tennis and golf, all within easy reach.
In the world-famous Burgundy region, if you feel like it, you can also take a 1-hour drive along the wine route to Nuits-Saint-Georges, Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault, Pommard, Aloxe-Corton, Vosne-Romanée and many more!

A superb enclosed garden surrounds the chalet. You have full use of it. Depending on the season, you can admire the many flowers and plants in the garden and even pick some fruit. Deckchairs, table and chairs and a barbecue are all available. Just a few metres from the chalet, you can fish, play tennis or go for a walk in the large park.
