Oenologist, I took over the family estate in 2002. I have chosen to cultivate the vines organically and make wine as naturally as possible. The aim is to produce a natural product while respecting the environment, the soil and the terroir
In addition to being a producer, I wish to share by giving tasting courses, as well as days or half-days discovering the work in the vineyards (pruning courses for example).
I would be happy to welcome you and offer you a tour of the vineyards and then of the cellar.
The estate also welcomes cyclists on the Canal de Bourgogne cycle route, two kilometres away.
