Hôtel Relais de la Côte d'Or

After nine years of patience and hard work, this ancient building turned into a first-class hotel, open all year long. The Hôtel de la Côte d'Or has undergone a complete change and its red facade now perfectly fits in with the historic city centre of Semur-en-Auxois. We looked after the smallest details : the hotel offers 15 customized rooms (from single to four-bedded ones) painted in warm colors, which simple lines highlight the original exposed beams. Note that the hotel also offers a disabled room. The hotel can host groups, either tourists or cyclers, and it is the perfect place to have family gatherings. If you wish to hold a seminar, you can book the fully equipped meeting room and get snacks from the wine bar. Try the range of tapas and wine by the glass at Le Z (the wine bar), a place where subdued lighting creates an intimate atmosphere, but which livens up on weekends. During the day, you can relax on the terrace. Two fully renovated small cellars can be hired for private parties, birthdays and family meetings, so if you're interested, just ask!
