Enjoy an exceptional stay in this beautiful 18th century bourgeois residence in the heart of the small medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois.

With its mouldings, its parquet floors, its majestic stone staircase and its generous height under ceiling, this house of character entirely renovated, offers on the ground floor: a dining room with access to the garden, a living room with TV, an integrated kitchen, an office ideal for teleworking in the peace and quiet, a bedroom with a bed 160, a shower-room and an independent WC.

On the first floor, all with oak parquet flooring: a bedroom with a 180cm bed, a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower, a bedroom with a 140cm bed (accessible via the bedroom with the 180cm bed or the bathroom). A studio integrated into the rental with a living room, TV and kitchenette and a bedroom with 2 single beds. 2nd independent WC.

Baby equipment: bed, bath and high chair.

Terrace and enclosed garden of 120 m² on the busy street side. Private garage with narrow passage, and public parking nearby.

Included in the weekly rate: sheets as well as 50 m3 of gas heating, 150 kwh of electricity (100 in off-peak hours and 50 in peak hours), 7000 l of water. Towels and final cleaning are optional.

The medieval town of Semur offers all shops and services and remains a living testimony to a rich past: fortified gates, ramparts, dungeon, steep streets leading to the banks of the river Armançon are to be discovered day and night. To do: the collegiate church of Notre-Dame, the museum, the little tourist train, the Orle d'Or tower. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses, Bourbilly, Bussy-Rabutin, the MuseoParc Alésia, the Abbey of Fontenay (Unesco heritage), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
