The house is situated in the village of Arnay-sous-Vitteaux (100 inh.). The name of the house refers to the period when bread was brought by a baker of a nearby village and distributed from the house. The house itself is situated on a piece of land of 2000 m² and has a surface of 70 m². Apart from the living/kitchen area, it has two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a bathroom. This bathroom has an entrance from the bedroom with a double bed. On the backsite of the house you’ll find a large garden and a spacious and sunny split level terrace (25 m² and 15 m²) with a view on nearby meadows, an orchard and hills in the background.
