In the heart of the Auxois, 19th century Burgundy house on 2 levels, ideal for discovering the region with the family.

Ground floor: living room of character with Burgundy tiles, beams and fireplace, communicating with the equipped kitchen. Large veranda of 35 m² hosting the dining room with a beautiful view on the garden. A bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200. Shower room with WC.

First floor: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. Bathroom with WC. Large landing with a second living room allowing 2 additional beds in a sofa bed.

Tumble dryer in the outbuilding. Parking in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Terrace and enclosed garden of 2500 m² with trees at the back of the house with swing.

The owners offer a catering service in addition.

Wood included and oil heating according to daily rate. Sheets provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay in supplement. Bicycles available for loan.

Nearby: the medieval town of Semur en Auxois, the MuseoParc Alésia, the Abbey of Fontenay and the Basilica of Vézelay (Unesco World Heritage), the castles of Thil, Bussy Rabutin and Epoisses, the Forges de Buffon, the Caves of Arcy sur Cure, Flavigny sur Ozerain (one of the most beautiful villages in France, famous for its aniseed), etc. Beautiful countryside with many walks and cycle rides in the vicinity.
