Square des Maquis

Remembrance Tourism. Inaugurated on September 9, 2016, this space located above the Pertuisot thatch is a place of memory. Beyond the commemorative function, this space composed of six desks, is part of an educational will, since the memorial transmission is based on a work done with the schools of the city. Through the panels, we discover the history of Semur during the Second World War and the role of the Resistance and the maquis at a local level.
