Trail du vieux Semur

The Trail du vieux Semur is offering 3 trail distances this year, as well as hiking, youth races and cani-cross.
The Mont du Télégraphe and its ascent remain on the programme. The extra difficulty on the long trail is Mont Drejet. All the routes are hilly and muddy, with a series of short but steep climbs.
